The fine print

Booking ReelsByReeba confirms acceptance of these terms.
Payment
- 50% non-refundable deposit secures your date
- Balance due 7 days before, or the morning of the event
- Bookings are not confirmed until the retainer is received and the contract signed
- Extra coverage on the day is subject to availability and billed afterward
Cancellation
- The booking retainer is non-refundable
- Cancellations after final payment are non-refundable
- Reschedules are accommodated where availability allows
- If the new date is unavailable, payments excluding the retainer are refunded
Content usage
- ReelsByReeba retains copyright to all created content
- Clients receive a personal-use license to download, share and post
- Content may not be sold, altered commercially, or submitted to publications without written permission
- Content may be used for portfolio and marketing unless agreed otherwise beforehand

- Assign a point of contact if needed
- Flag important family members, traditions and special moments
- Ensure access to all event locations and any venue permissions
Delivery & coverage
